Finance Manager (F/M)
We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team and oversee financial management and administrative functions for the Benelux countries, especially the Netherlands. This key role will ensure compliance with company policies, drive performance, and support the region’s development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As the Finance and Administration Manager, you will:
- Oversee accounting activities and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Verify the reliability and accuracy of accounts.
- Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
- Track financial processes and ensure alignment with local and group qualitative KPIs.
- Develop and implement management procedures and performance indicators.
- Create and manage dashboards and analytical tools, ensuring their proper implementation.
- Serve as a liaison with chartered accountants and statutory auditors.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and provide legal oversight.
- Act as a key business partner, supporting the company’s strategic decision-making and helping to guide its continued growth.
- Management of 5 people.
Your Profile
We are looking for a finance professional who combines strategic vision with operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage financial processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent English; basic knowledge of French is a plus.
- Skills and experience in project management are a valuable asset.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to contribute to a fast-growing company's success.
